Amplifying Healthcare Excellence
PRC's Excellence in Healthcare Conference explores how to amplify healthcare excellence. The conference is an outstanding opportunity to listen to inspiring keynote speakers, attend thought-provoking breakout sessions, earn continuing education credits, take advantage of wall-to-wall networking and share best practices with peers and industry leaders focused on achieving excellence.
When & Where
The 2017 Excellence in Healthcare Conference convenes on Wednesday, May 31, and concludes the evening of Friday, June 2, 2017, in downtown Austin, Texas.
PRC has secured a special group rate at the Hyatt Regency Austin, just a few steps away from the famous hike-and-bike trail at Lady Bird Lake, within earshot of legendary live music venues, and close enough to be tempted by the aromas emanating from one of the country's most vibrant food and drink scenes.
This year was my second year to attend the Excellence in Healthcare Conference. This conference offers opportunities for networking, learning the newest best practices, and latest research on patient experience. This conference rises above others because of the relationships between our system and other health systems that are part of the PRC family. The culture of PRC is one of helpfulness and comradeship. Professional Research Consultants encourages hospitals and health systems to reach out to each other and share our successes and lessons learned.

This was my first Excellence in Healthcare Conference. The conference provided an opportunity to network with leaders in patient experience. The success stories shared during the breakout sessions provided best practice initiatives that could easy be transferred to hospitals, clinics and outpatient settings. I left the conference reignited and ready to transform the patient experience at my organization.
